Video: Healthy Relationships and Social Support Correlate with Better Health (part sixteen of series)

When epidemiologists controlled for all possible confounding variables, they found that healthy social connections correlated more strongly than any other factor with optimal health. People with the most friends had much better health than people with the fewest number of friends.
