  • National Health Council: Represents, informs, and advocates for people living with chronic illness.

  • Patient Navigator: They provide guidance and advocacy in dealing with all forms of chronic illness.

  • U.S. National Library of Medicine: NLM maintains and makes available a vast print collection and produces electronic information resources.
