The author has done extensive research into how mindfulness techniques can improve your health and has presented them in a format that is easy to read and understand. I would recommend this book to people with chronic health issues but also to anyone who wants to understand how to practice mindfulness and wants to understand the latest research into how mindfulness can help you live the best life possible. I loved all the questions at the end of every chapter that allowed me to work personally with the information presented. It was wonderful to read a book about how I can take charge of my health beyond what the medical establishment can provide. (5 out of 5 stars)
