Q & A with Dr. B. – Would you say more about the purpose of the Mindful Biology meditation you described last week?

QUESTION: Would you say more about the purpose of the Mindful Biology meditation you described last week?
ANSWER: Meditating on the intelligence and wonder of our bodily processes leads to an appreciation for the powerful relationship we can each experience with the body.
