A quick walk around the block will give you an energy boost and is a lot healthier than using caffeine. Working out in a gym generates endorphins. Also, working out in a gym provides for social community, which is extremely healthy in and of itself. Sometimes fatigue is a warning that we need a nap; other times it is a warning that we have been too sedentary.
