Focus on what we want rather than on what we don’t want. Focus your intention on your values and goals. Tune in throughout the day on your intention and the clearer and more mindful you can be on your intentions, the more likely they will lead you to achieving them and living by your values. Set random alarms on your mobile device and use those alerts as reminders to ask yourself what your intention is in that very moment.
